Samsung inadvertently confirms the August 11th date for the Unpacked event

NEW DELHI: Consumer electronics giant Samsung is expected to be the next Galaxy unpacked Event in August. The company is scheduled to showcase its next-generation foldable smartphones, smartwatches and true wireless earbuds at the event.
Various leaks and rumors suggest that Samsung will host the Galaxy Unpacked event on August 11, but nothing has been confirmed yet. Now, the company’s Russian sub-site inadvertently confirmed the date of the upcoming launch event.

The Russian website posted a banner with the time and date of the next Galaxy Unpacked event. The contribution reads: “The future will unfold in a new way. Very soon ”and sets the time on August 11th at 5:00 PM Moscow time (7:30 PM IST). However, the company quickly removed the post.
According to screenshot tipster Evan Blass, the teaser consists of abstract-looking shapes that represent the Galaxy Fold 3 and the Galaxy Flip 3.
Samsung Galaxy Fold 3 expected specs
The Samsung Galaxy Fold 3 is said to be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor paired with 12 GB of RAM. The high-end smartphone will run the Android 11 operating system, which is crowned with the company’s own level of One UI. The foldable smartphone should come with S-Pen and 5G support. It is also said that the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 comes with an NFC chip.
The foldable smartphone, which is still on the market, is said to be supported by a 4275 mAh battery and support 25 W fast charging. The smartphone is also said to have two Super AMOLED displays, which include a 6.23-inch cover display and a 7.55-inch internal display.
Samsung Galaxy Flip 3 expected specs
On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy Flip 3 should offer various improvements over its predecessor. The foldable smartphone is said to be equipped with a 1.9-inch Super AMOLED cover display and a 6.7-inch folding display. The foldable display should offer a refresh rate of 120 Hz.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is also expected to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor and support 5G connectivity. The smartphone is said to have a dual rear camera and a 10 MP selfie shooter. The Android 11 operating system, which is crowned with the company’s own One UI level, should run on the smartphone.
