Realme GT Master Explorer Edition and Realme GT Master Edition Introduced in China: Price, Availability, and More

BBK’s own smartphone manufacturer Realme has launched two versions of the Realme GT smartphone in its home country of China. The two smartphones – Realme GT Master Explorer Edition and Realme GT Master Edition are part of the Realme GT Master Series. The duo was designed and developed in collaboration with the designer Naoto Fukasawa and has a leather back wall in the style of a suitcase.
Realme GT Master Explorer Edition and Realme GT Master Edition price and availability
The Realme GT Master Explorer Edition is available in two memory versions with 8 GB + 128 GB and 12 GB + 256 GB. While the former is RMB 2,899 (around Rs 33,000), the latter costs RMB 3,199 (around Rs 37,000).
As for the Realme GT Master Edition, there are also 8 GB + 128 GB and 8 GB + 256 GB variants that cost RMB 2399 (around Rs 28,000) and RMB 2,599 (around Rs 30,000), respectively.
Both handsets can be pre-ordered in China. Nothing is currently known about the international availability of these handsets
Realme GT Master Explorer Edition Specifications
The Realme GT Master Explorer Edition offers a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED Curved FHD + display (2400x1080p resolution) with a refresh rate of 120Hz. The handset is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC with up to 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage.
For imaging tasks, the Realme GT Master Explorer Edition has a triple camera setup. These include a 50MP Sony IMX766 main sensor, a 16MP Sony IMX481 ultra wide angle sensor and a 2MP macro shooter. There is a 32MP Sony IMX615 sensor on the front.
The handset is powered by a 4500 mAh battery, offers 65 W fast charge support and runs on Android 11-based Realme UI 2.0.
Realme GT Master Edition specifications
The Realme GT Master Edition offers a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display with Full HD + resolution (2400x1080p). The handset is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC with up to 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage.
For imaging tasks, the Realme GT Master Edition has a triple camera setup. These include a 64MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra wide angle sensor and a 2MP macro sensor. There is a 32MP sensor on the front.
The handset is powered by a 4300 mAh battery, offers 65 W fast charge support and runs on Android 11-based Realme UI 2.0.
