Tire manufacturer Ceat has teamed up with the software and design major Adobe. This partnership is powered by Adobe Experience Cloud applications and aims to enable Ceat to deliver a personalized and seamless digital experience for its customers and dealer partners across several touchpoints.
With the support of Tekno Point as an implementation partner, Ceat will use Adobe Experience cloud applications such as Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Adobe Commerce to develop and bring to market new D2C business models, including home delivery, setup in Business and establishment. Adobe Experience Manager offers the tire manufacturer content management functions and flexibility for its website, Adobe Analytics & Adobe Target better insights and creative optimization as well as Adobe Commerce catalog, shopping cart and check-out processes.
